On Wednesday, June 10, 2020, the Kenco Communities team and Landstar Development celebrated the groundbreaking of the Kenco Communities at Avenir Estate Home Models and near completion of the Coral Isles at Avenir Sales Center.
This momentous occasion marks the beginning of Kenco’s newest project adding to its already impressive portfolio of over 25 years building luxury homes in Palm Beach County communities such as Mirasol, Ibis, Ballen Isles and The Oaks.
As the luxury estate home builder in Palm Beach Garden’s newest master-planned community, Avenir, Coral Isles offers 107 of the largest homesites in a private, gated enclave located adjacent the community clubhouse and amenities.
Avenir is just north of Northlake Boulevard and west of the Florida Turnpike. The community will total 4,752 acres and will include 3,900 homes. The community will feature a working farm and more than 2,400 acres of conservation and preserve areas. The community is approved for 400,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet for medical uses, more than one million square-feet of professional offices, and a hotel.
