Construction progress continues on the Kenco Communities at Avenir Estate Home Models. Currently under construction are three model homes: Antigua Coastal Modern, Cozumel Contemporary Florida and Dominica Modern.
The roofs were recently added to the Antigua and Cozumel marking a construction milestone for these models. The team is now focusing on the electrical and plumbing installation which will be followed by drywall.
