PALM BEACH GARDENS — Sales are underway for a new luxury home community within the massive Avenir development on western Northlake Boulevard.

Kenco Communities has begun selling pre-construction homes in its gated Coral Isles development, which is situated along the lakefront near Avenir’s future 16,000-square-foot private clubhouse.

The luxury home builder will offer six estate home designs that are among the largest at Avenir, ranging from 3,200 to over 5,300 square feet of living space.

Three designer furnished models that buyers will be able to tour are under construction, and are expected to be completed by the end of the year, Kenco said.

Those models include the one-story Antigua, which includes four bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage; the one-story Cozumel, which includes three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den, a club room and a three-car garage; and the two-story Dominica, which includes five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a loft, a club room and three-car garage

Home prices range from the low $900s to over $1.5 million. Buyers will be able to personalize their homes, which will sit on quarter-acre home sites.

Forty homes will be built during the first phase of construction at Coral Isles, Kenco said, and 67 will follow for a total of 107 homes.

“Kenco Communities has played an integral role in some of South Florida’s most renowned communities,” said Lorna Swartz, Kenco Communities Director of Sales. “We are very pleased to now be onsite and to offer for a limited time pre-construction pricing for our homes in Avenir, which offers a healthy, resort lifestyle merged with exceptional homes.”

The Kenco Sales Gallery is located at 9357 Coral Isles Circle in Palm Beach Gardens. To arrange an onsite, private appointment, contact Kenco Communities at 561-295-8404.

Coral Isles residents will have access to Avenir’s future clubhouse, which will feature a resort-style swimming pool, fitness facilities, tennis courts, social gathering spaces, and more.

When complete in approximately 10-15 years, Avenir will include 3,900 homes, roughly 2 million square feet of office space, 400,000 square feet of commercial space and 200,000 square feet of medical office space.

Plans also call for 300 hotel rooms, a crystal lagoon, a high-end golf course, 115 acres for a park/civic area, 15 acres for a City Hall annex, 20 acres for agriculture and 2,407 acres for conservation.

Work on the first phase of development began late last year.

Kenco Communities has built more than 5,000 homes in numerous South Florida communities, including Addison Reserve in Delray Beach, Mirasol and Mirabella in Palm Beach Gardens, The Oaks in Boca Raton, and Wycliffe and Arden in Wellington.
