Avenir’s expansive 16,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with covered entry is now open and is the beating heart of its social scene. The Clubhouse is a unique amenity with a spectacular resort-style swimming pool with waterfalls and spa, an expansive pool deck with seating areas, poolside cabanas and pavilions, and a 2-lane lap pool.
