At Kenco Communities’ breathtaking Dominica Estate Home, we recently had the honor of hosting one such magical moment, and we simply couldn’t keep it a secret: she said yes!
In the sweeping elegance of our Dominica model—a two-story sanctuary designed for family, togetherness, and gatherings of every kind—love took center stage recently as Palm Beach resident Derek Platt pulled off what he describes as “the best surprise I’ve ever pulled off.” The entire moment unfolded in the home’s inviting open spaces, bathed in natural light—a backdrop that made everything feel just right.
From the heart-shaped décor to the dazzling ring (props to @diamondsbyraymondlee!), every detail was designed to create a once-in-a-lifetime memory. And while the soon-to-be groom admits that “words can’t fully express how incredible this moment feels,” his joy is unmistakable. For him—and for us at Kenco—family means everything. This home, this community, and this moment are all about building futures together, one memory at a time.
