Content Day at Coral Isles in Avenir is designed to be a streamlined, high-end shoot experience inside the designer-furnished Cozumel model by Kenco Communities. The session is intended to help creators, agents, and brands capture elevated photo and video content in a luxury setting, with guided direction throughout the shoot and a quick, efficient workflow. Based on Luxe Content Days, the experience is planned to take about 45–60 minutes, with check-in, directed shooting, and headshot selection built into the session.
The Cozumel is a one-story estate home offering 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den, a club room, and a 3-car garage, with 3,920 A/C sq. ft. and 5,152 total sq. ft. It is presented as a fully furnished designer model and is available for purchase/leaseback, with architectural styling and modern finishes. Each estate home in Coral Isles is thoughtfully designed with open-concept layouts, high ceilings, expansive windows, premium finishes, and indoor-outdoor living spaces that create a bright, upscale backdrop for content.
